The Principality of Monaco is joining the WIPO’s Digital Access Service (DAS) for patents, industrial designs and trademarks, from February 2023 the 1st.
Any applicant will thus be able to apply to the Intellectual Property Division for registering (as Office of first filing) or retrieving (as Office of second filing), based on the DAS system, an official digital copy of a priority document by generating or using a personal access code.
