Tax update effective 1 April 2026
Sovereign Order No. 11.765 of 13 February 2026, amending the amount of fees applicable when completing administrative formalities relating to industrial property, was published in the Journal de Monaco on 20 February 2026.
This text updates the amounts of fees applicable to trademarks and patents, as detailed below:

The Order shall take effect on 1 April 2026.
Users are requested to take this into account for any procedures initiated after its entry into force.
