New connection method for online procedures

The online services provided by the Monaco Industrial Property Office can now be accessed via the Monegasque official government services portal, MonGuichet.mc. This platform allows users to sign into a single site for all online administrative formalities in the Principality of Monaco.

For example, you are visiting the MCIPO website and completing your chosen administrative formality. When paying for your order, 

• either you already have an account on the old MCIPO site and
  • you already have a MonGuichet account: your MonGuichet account must have the same e-mail address as your old MCIPO account. In this way, the correspondence will be automatic. If this is not the case, you can change your e-mail address directly in your account on MonGuichet.mc or create a new MonGuichet account with another e-mail address ;
  • you have never created a MonGuichet account: you need to create a MonGuichet account with the e-mail address used on your old MCIPO account in order to retrieve your order history.
• or you did not have an account on the old MCIPO site:
  • You can use an existing MonGuichet account ;
  • You can create a MonGuichet account.

Once you have successfully signed in, you will automatically be taken to the MCIPO website.
