The Monaco Industrial Property Office (MCIPO) informs you that due to a technical malfunction, the results of the “TMview” search engine may appear erroneous or incomplete when consulting the databases of the Special Register of National Trademarks.

The IT teams responsible for maintaining the TMview search engine are doing their utmost to make the necessary updates and corrections as quickly as possible.

During this period, you are invited to follow the publication of information relating to intangible property rights protected on Monegasque territory in the Bulletin Officiel de la Propriété industrielle and, if necessary, to request a prior art search of identical national trademarks registered in the Special Register from the MCIPO.
