The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Industrial Property Office of the Business Development Agency of the Principality of Monaco have aligned their practice on assessing public policy and accepted principles of morality.

Access to Monaco's online industrial property procedures is now available via the Monegasque Administration's portal MonGuichet.mc. This platform enables users to authenticate themselves for all online administrative procedures in Monaco.
