What can benefit from trademark protection ?

For your trademark to be registered by the Office and therefore protected, it must be capable of being represented graphically.

In other words, it may take the form of a “word” mark (words, names, slogans, numerals, letters, etc.), a “figurative” mark (a drawing or logo) or a combination of the two.
