On January 28, 2019, the Intellectual Property Division joined the EUIPO's "TMview" Register, releasing certain relevant information related to national trademarks such as the registration number and date, the reproduction of the sign, the name of the owner(s) or the number(s) of the classes of the Nice Classification.
Since today, this Register has been enriched with two new pieces of information, namely, the full address of the owner(s) as well as the wording of the designated goods and/or services.
Through this action, the Government of Monaco wishes to facilitate access to exhaustive information and thus offer users the legal certainty that they are entitled to expect from an efficient legal instrument.
